Is there seating available?
No seating is available, however please do feel free to bring your own chairs.
Can I bring pets to the event?
As pet lovers, we do not consider this event to be suitable for dogs and or other pets. There will from time to time be loud noises, aircraft engines both jet and heavy piston and high frequency hot air balloon burners. All of these can be distressing to animals at close quarters. Therefore we will not allow dogs or pets anywhere on the site.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available and is free of charge and included within your ticket. You can also upgrade to premium parking by purchasing the relevant ticket at the checkout. Disabled parking is also free of charge, please allocate yourself a ticket at checkout.
Can I bring food and drink to the event?
Yes, food and drink are permitted. A whole variety of food and drink will also be on sale at the event.
Can I bring a BBQ with me?
No, the lighting of BBQs and open camp fires are not permitted.
Can I enter, leave and re-enter?
Yes, just make sure you get your hand stamped when you leave.
Will the event be live streamed?
No, the event will not be live streamed. Please do not click on any links claiming to offer this service.
Can I bring a Gazebo?
No, these obscure the views of others, however small pop up tents are fine.
Are there any concessions for carers?
Yes, a carer goes free with a paying disabled adult. Please purchase all other tickets, forward confirmation to info@midlandsairfestival.com along with proof of being a carer (Access Card or Carer's Allowance Letter) and we will issue another ticket. Please note, the deadline for carer's tickets being issued is Friday 24th May 2024.
